Torin Reversible Sectional top Customer Review:

The sofa is excellent and extremely comfortable. Easy to assemble (it comes with 8 legs you need to screw on). The color goes perfectly with my decor and isnt too dark either. I wouldnt change anything about the sofa. The seat cushions are removable but the back cushions are attached. The sectional portion of it is interchangeable so you can put it on either side. Good for a smaller apartment. I had to dock it one star because of delivery. I guess they screwed in this slab of wood for transport that is not coming off!! As you can see from the pictures, there were three screws drilled into my sofa and one of them is drilled so deep that 3 different drills wouldnt remove the screw thats in there. My only option that I could think of was to rotate the wood clockwise to turn it in (got several splinters in the process). Im not happy about that at all. It looks awkward. I had people over and half of them pointed it out to me asking if somethings broken or if I had forgotten to attach or detach something.

We love this sofa. Shipping took a while, but it was perfect when we received it. Easy to put the feet on, but I will warn you, they are plastic, not wood. You can’t really see them though, since my floors are also dark brown, but I definitely expected wood feet on that sofa. That’s the only complaint I had about it; otherwise, it’s soft to the touch, comfortable and affordable. I got the cobblestone and it is a darker gray, very nice.

This sofa is perfect for what I needed; a nice, versatile, well built sofa for a small apartment. The color is great (cobblestone) and the fabric is perfect for pets (my cat hasn’t snagged it yet!) The cushions are a little firm, as many reviews mentioned, but they will break in over time. All in all, the couch is comfortable and long enough for you to stretch out on. I’m 5’6″ and can sit comfortable on the chaise and lay across the entire sofa without bunching up my knees or propping my feet up on the arm. While the sofa is great, I’m giving it 4 stars because of damage sustained during delivery. I received the sofa about a week and a half after ordering (super speedy I know) but sadly, it arrived with a small tear (2.5 inches) along the arm seam. Thankfully, it wasn’t too bad and I’m good with sewing. Looks like it happened maybe during loading/unloading. There was a hole straight through the padding/wrapping, which took out the seam and the Andover Mills furniture tag. Like others, my sofa was also delivered with the weird particle wood block screwed into the bottom. Still can’t figure out why it would be there, but I was able to remove it without issue.Pro: Great price, good size, comfortable, well madeCon: Inadequate packaging for secure delivery.

It’s a good couch, some may find it a bit “cheap”, but quite honestly, you get what you pay for. If your looking for something that will last for 15 years with kids and pets around, buy a more expensive couch. This item will give you some good years too, but don’t expect miracles. For my purposes, it’s perfect. I’m in a smaller 1 bdrm apt, and so this works beautifully for me given my space and budget.

This is the first sofa I’ve bought off the internet without seeing it. It was for our basement, mostly for kids, and the price was great. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality. It arrived in a huge (and heavy) wrapped box, and we had to take it all apart in our foyer to get it into our basement. Assembly was pretty easy and took about 30 minutes. We got the sage green, which is a nice color – a little more straight green than the silvery sage I was expecting. The fabric is like suede, which is soft and comfortable but shows marks as you sit on it (or make hand prints, as my kids do). The cushions are a little firm at first, but I’m able to sink down into it the longer I sit. The pillows across the back are sewed on, I feel like I need to buy some throw pillows to make it easier to lay on. Overall, a great purchase.
